What we don't charge extra for:
Any of the content. All new tools, features, versions or developments of IRIS Behaviour Manager will be provided free of charge on a continuing basis: No upgrades to perform, whenever you log in you will always have the latest and the best version of IRIS.

Are there any extras, then?
Yes. Your first 150 text messages are free; after that we charge 6.9p per message

Extra training and consultancy visits are available at extra cost. Actual cost will vary according to length of session and distance travelled. Please contact us for a quote.


* IRIS is in constant development and we welcome suggestions from our users for improvements and new features. We will always do our best to accommodate requests from users, the turn-over time for this is dependent on the current work load but we will always take an idea on board. If it can not be implemented in a reasonable time frame we may be able to provide you with the data required on an ad-hoc basis until we can implement a more permanent solution. We do not charge for this service.
